Instructions for using the photo upload utility:
Registering an account:
Please register using your name, not your business name.
Your email address will be your log-in, and all correspondence from me will go to this address. Please keep this in mind when you register.
The Welcome Center:
Here you can choose to upload images, and also browse images already uploaded. Also, if there are any administrative notes from me, they will appear here.
Post New Images:
IMPORTANT: When you upload new images, please title the "thread" with your business name! You can upload 5 images at a time. If you have any special requests for any of the images, please include that in the Comments section. Each image must be under 2MB. If your image is over 2MB, and you are not able to resize it to under 2MB, please email it to help[at]onlineimagesolutions.com.
If you have more than 5 images, you would then "Post Reply" found in the lower right. That will open up a new upload function. Please do the same as you did in the first upload, by titling with your business name, adding comments, etc. Continue in this way until all of your images have been uploaded for editing.
Or you can start a new thread. Whatever is easier for you. After using this utility a few times, you will get the hang of it, and be better able to decide how you will present your images for upload - keeping them all in the same thread, or having them grouped in different threads. Just so long as each thread is titled with your business name, however you want to group your edits will be fine. If space allows, you can put additional info in the title - say, if you want to number the groups. For example "winipoo jewelry 1" - "winipoo jewelry 2"... or by line name "winipoo jewelry summer bracelets 2008", etc.
Browse Images:
You can review the images you uploaded, and add further comments.
Receiving your edited images:
I will upload your edits to each thread (folder). You can preview your edits, and if any changes need to be made, post a response to that thread. You can download your image edits five at a time, or one at a time.
If your image was over 2MB, you will receive your edits back via email.
Once you pay the invoice for your edits, the threads will be deleted. Please be sure you have successfully downloaded your images prior to submitting payment.
